Payment
Payments must be made promptly. Buyers who do not pay within 24 hours will receive a reminder invoice via email. Payments not confirmed within 72 hours of the order being placed will result in the order being cancelled and the item(s) relisted.
Paypal and money orders are the only methods of payment being accepted at this time.
Shipping
Items will be shipped as soon as possible after payment is received. Due to the fact that I am a full-time student with a full-time job, it may take as long as a week to process your order. If you require faster shipping, please let me know in the message section at checkout and I will work with you to accommodate your deadline. Note that all orders are custom orders it may take longer to create and ship.
Refunds and Exchanges
I take great pride in the quality of my work and if you believe that an item was not made with the care and attention to detail that you expected, please let me know immediately. If the defect is found to be substantial, I will repair or replace the item for you. No refunds will be issued.

Some special orders may take extra time to process due to the time consuming nature of my products.
